FEE SCHEDULE 2026 - 2027
At MHSB class levels are divided into three sub-schools: Junior, Middle and Senior School. The fees differ for each school based on differences in the length of the class, the length of the school year, and the type of end-of-year recital.
Your child is not completely registered in a class until we have received a complete registration package and either one payment for the entire year or credit card authorization for eight equal payments. The eight equal payments will be processed on: the date your registration is processed, October 1st 2026, November 1st 2026, December 1st 2026; January 1st 2027, February 1st 2027, March 1st 2027 and April 1st2027. If you register after October 2nd 2026 or any subsequent date the payments will be divided by the remaining payments.
• Lesson fees are pro-rated if a student starts after the third class.
• If you choose to withdraw from a class you must inform the school in writing and pay a $25 cancellation fee. If you are on the 8-payment plan, you must notify the school in writing five days before the next billing date to avoid being charged the next payment.
• The registration fee (included within the tuition fees) is completely non-refundable after September 16th 2026.
• You may pay by cash, debit card, or credit card for class fees if you are paying in person and are paying for the entire year in one payment.
• All prices shown do not include HST.
DISCOUNTS
• If you choose to pay the amount in FULL by May 31st, 2026, we will apply a 5% discount to your class fees.
•The fees listed for levels which must attend twice a week include the two required classes of instruction/week and incorporate a 10% discount on the second class.
• For dancers in more than one class, we offer: 10% off the second class, 15% off the third class, 20% off the fourth class (and any additional classes). The classes are ordered from most expensive to least.
• For siblings we offer an additional 5% discount. The 5% is not taken off fees for the first student, but is applied to the fees of any number of siblings thereafter. The discount applies to student(s) with lower fees.
JUNIOR SCHOOL
Fees include: 30 weeks of instruction/rehearsal, MHSB uniform (tights and bodysuit, please note that footwear is not included), costume rental, registration fee, photo fee, and tickets for Primary year-end recital.

Length: 45 minutes Cost: $1059.08 yearly or eight payments $132.38 or by single payment prior to May 31st 2026 of $1,006.12
MIDDLE SCHOOL
Fees include: 31 weeks of instruction/rehearsal, MHSB uniform (please note that footwear is not included), costume rental, registration fee, streaming of year-end recital, and photo fee. Tickets for year-end recital not included.
Classes: Ballet 1, Jazz 1, Tap 1, Hip Hop 1, Acro 1
Length: 45 minutes Cost: $1,083.88 yearly or eight payments $135.48 or by single payment prior to May 31st, 2026 of $1,029.68
SENIOR SCHOOL
Fees include: 34 weeks of instruction/rehearsal, MHSB uniform (please note that footwear is not included), costume(s), streaming of year-end performance, photo fee, recital fee, phone interview with your child’s teacher, and registration fee. Tickets to the year-end performance are not included.
Ballet
The following ballet levels attend once a week:
Classes: Junior Ballet, Inter Ballet 1 Rec, Inter Ballet 2 Rec, Senior Ballet Rec
Length: 1 hour Cost: $1,502.00 yearly or eight payments of $187.75 or by single payment prior to May 31st, 2026 of $1,426.90.
The following ballet levels must attend two times per week and will perform in one piece in the end-of-year recital:
Classes: Intermediate Ballet 1, Intermediate Ballet 2,
Length: 1.25 hours x 2/week Cost: $2,987.88 yearly or eight payments of $373.48 or by single payment prior to May 31st, 2026 of $2,838.48
The following ballet levels must attend two times per week and will perform in two pieces in the end-of-year recital:

Contemporary
All contemporary levels attend once a week:

The following jazz levels are required to attend once a week:

The following jazz level attends once per week and will perform in one piece in the end-of-year performance:

Conditioning and Technique
