registration procedures

In order to enroll in classes at mhsb @ the koffler starting in the fall of 2010, children must turn three years old by December 31^st 2010.

Registration will not be finalized, with a secured place in a class, until:

You have completed our registration form and emailed it to tkosanovic@mhsb.ca OR mailed it to:

You have acknowledged that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions as outlined in our registration procedures and policies
You have provided authorization for class fees on your Visa or MasterCard

Enrollment is for a for a full-year program, therefore, classes and payment may not be “frozen” or interrupted.

mhsb @ the koffler reserves the right to cancel any class that has an enrollment of five or fewer students.
