
Online credit card authorization will be used for all financial transactions with mhsb @ the koffler. It is your responsibility to provide us with new information regarding a stolen credit card, replacement credit card, insufficient funds, or an expiry date change. This new information must be provided at least 48 hours prior to a payment date or a $25 fee may apply.
In the event of a declined credit card for any reason, you will be charged an administration fee of $25. If we do not receive a payment to cover the full outstanding amount within seven days, your child will not be permitted to attend class until the account has been settled.
Students at mhsb @ the koffler are welcome to take advantage of the optional convenience of mhsb dancewear or can attend class in comfortable and form fitting attire of their own. Dancewear will be available for purchase at the MHSB Shop (located at 2384 Yonge Street, 2 blocks north of Yonge & Eglinton).
Refunds are not issued for missed classes.
mhsb @ the koffler would like to give every dancer the first several weeks of classes as opportunity to decide if dance class is right for them. If at any point before Monday, October 12th 2010, your child decides to withdraw from class, we will not charge the balance of your class fees, but please note that the $75.00 deposit per class is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued as of October 13th 2010.
We do keep attendance records for all our students however, it is not a monitoring system and it is your responsibility to contact the school via email before 9:00 AM on Monday, October 12th 2010 in order to complete the withdrawal process.
mhsb @ the koffler does not give out staff phone numbers. If you need to speak to an instructor, please call the studio and we will be happy to pass your contact numbers on to them.
