conditions of enrollment

Applications will not be confirmed unless accompanied by payment. Payment may be made by cheque, credit card, debit,
or cash and is accepted either in full (with current date) or in 2 installments.

The $100.00 (per child) deposit is completely non-refundable. If payment is in 2 installments the $100 deposit must have the current
date and the post-dated cheque must be dated for February 18th (March Break Camp) or June 15th (Summer Camp) 2014.

If you are paying by Visa or MasterCard complete the authorization section on the back of the registration form. The $100.00 non-refundable deposit
will be charged to your credit card upon receipt of your application and the remaining balance will be charged on February 18th (March Break Camp) or June 15th(Summer Camp)2014.

If paying by debit or cash the $100.00 deposit is due with your registration form and the balance must be paid before June 15th, 2014.

If you choose to pay in one complete payment (cheque, credit card, debit, or cash) the complete payment is due on the date that you register.


refund policy

$100 deposit per student is completely non-refundable.

With four weeks written notice, the remaining Summer Camp fees are refundable.

Fees are for a personal reservation, for a specific period, and are not a day-to-day fee.
We therefore will not refund fees for days missed for any reason. Days missed cannot be made up.

We will apply a $45.00 charge for all N.S.F. cheques.
